How It Works
The coach serves as a confidential, co-creative partner and sounding board, asking thought provoking questions to help clients tap into their own wisdom and move forward.
Initial engagements range from six months to one year and may be extended as appropriate.
Engagements consist of:
Discovery: Every engagement begins with a thorough discovery process during which we take stock of where you are, identify your unique gifts and talents, and explore where you want to go from here. Discovery may consist of assessment instruments, 360 feedback interviews, or other appropriate tools.
Goal setting and agreement: We develop goals for the engagement, determine measurements of success, and gain the agreement of appropriate stakeholders.
Working together: The program will be customized to fit your style, needs and aspirations. In all cases, in the sacred space of coaching, you will have the opportunity to tap into your own wisdom, challenge assumptions, identify habits that no longer serve, and learn new approaches to challenges. The process provides a balance of structure and flow that allows you to reach your goals.
Assessing outcomes: At various times throughout the engagement we assess the process and progress, make mid-course adjustments, and measure results.
I would not be where I am today without Cindy. She is invaluable to my success, and the success of my company.
